Education & Govt Jobs. Jun 2019 -High Court
directed to reduce it from 16% as recommended by State Backward Cat
Commission. May 2021-Supreme
Court passed order to withdraw Maratha reservation declaring it
unconstitutional. Recently due to
Maratha Agitations all over the Maharashtra, CM Eknath Shinde has constituted
a panel which will submit report as how the Marathas from Marathwada region
can be included in OBC Category & given Kumbi Caste Certificate, so that
Supreme Court can be approached to withdraw May 2021 decision. |
